Folk Fare: Buttermilk Pie

An old-fashioned favorite, from the days when nothing went to waste.

3eggs
3/4 cupsugar
3 Tbsp.flour
11/2 cupbuttermilk
2 Tbsp.melted butter
1 tsp.vanilla
3 Tbsp.lemon juice
 grated rind of one lemon
 cinnamon (to dust on top)
